Our Story

B&K Holding Group was founded in 2017 by Charles Khairralah and Elie Bassil who bring 20 years of experience in owning and managing dining concepts around Middle East.
The founders have a vision to create a unique experience worldwide with a mix of different cuisines focusing on spreading Lebanese cuisine to the world.

In 2017 the group introduced Habib Beirut and currently it has a presence in 6 countries with more than 12 outlets.

In the same year the group introduced Azzurro Pizzeria which currently has more than 4 outlets in both the UAE and Iraq. B&K introduced 10 new brands in 2021, including our food hall with 9 concepts in erbil.

B&K holding continues its impressive growth and plans to increase its portfolio to more than 50 operating restaurants and extend its footprint to all Europe and cover Middle East in 2024-2025.
